New blog post up this morning - make a Paper Plate Apple

Hello friends!

Happy Fall! I am so happy that we have some relief with new weather - we have finally gotten some rain and the temperature is much cooler. I am looking forward to so many outdoor activities now that I will not melt into a puddle of sweat by stepping outside. One of the things I love doing with my family every year is apple picking. And I have the best apple activities for you this week!

Paper Plate Apples

Using simple supplies, you will make this adorable apple with its resident worm peeking out. This craft is quick to complete and will look great displayed in your home this season. Click below to check it out on the Crafty Articulation Club blog:

And, of course, you know that I have a game you can play to extend the activity and use to work on articulation or phonics. Pick a Final /l/ Apple Digital Activity or printable is a fun, seasonal game that will help your learner practice or review the final /l/ articulation or phonics sound. You can check it out at the link below:

Motivation Monday - I was feeling stretched in all the directions last week, so I have some motivation for setting priorities and then, of course, some motivation for Fall!

Tip Tuesday - Last week we continued the pirate theme for International Talk Like a Pirate Day on Thursday, and this week we are embracing Fall.

Crafty Wednesday - I love the Pirate Treasure Chest craft from the last blog so much that I decided to feature it here.

Tongue Twister Thursday - Every pirate needs a great tongue twister - hope you enjoy this one.

That's it for this week - still working on consistency here, but it is definitely improving. Looking forward to finishing the Fall theme this week and then moving on to another next week. :)

That's a wrap for this email. Hoping to get my Fall and Halloween decorations up this weekend to start feeling a bit more fall inside my house - do you decorate for Fall? Do you tend to be whimsical and fun or spooky and scary? I am definitely whimsical and fun myself. I will be back in a couple weeks with a Paper Plate Black Cat blog - can't wait to include photos of my fur-babies in that one! I'll "see" you then!

Sincerely,

Autumn

Jack-o-Lantern Blog delayed image

Hi friends! I am taking time off this week to attend a business retreat and do some Disney, but that has made my day job schedule completely crazy.
